  • Within Rajasthan: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected orders/promotions (if running).

4. Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via:

    • Email / SMS / WhatsApp (whichever is available)

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

6. Delays in Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Natural calamities

  • Remote location delivery restrictions

PEHRAAVII is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address and contact number.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong/incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Then re-delivery or return-to-origin shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

8. Damaged Package / Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share:

    • Order number

    • Product photos

    • Unboxing video (recommended)
