RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY – PEHRAAVII

Thank you for shopping with PEHRAAVII. We value our customers and always aim to provide the best quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund according to the policy below.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

✅ To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must include original tags and packaging (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

❌ Return requests will NOT be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

  • Tags/packaging are missing

  • The return request is made after the return window has expired

2. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Received

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear product photos

  • Unboxing video (recommended/required)

If your claim is approved, we will offer:
✅ A replacement (if available)
or
✅ A full refund

3. Refunds

Once your return/refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges (size/color) where applicable.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item sent, damaged item), we will cover return shipping charges.
